SanGHa REGIStration
If you are a member of the ordained Sangha, please complete and submit the online registration form below. There is limited seating available, so please register as soon as possible.
Registrations will close on Tuesday 30 April 2013. We will still accept Sangha registrations until 20th May, however seating will be allocated in the Shrine Room only.
After the 20th of MAY, we will no longer be taking any new registrations from Sangha. You will then have to purchase a general seating ticket and enter through the general public registration lines.
The majority of Sangha seating will be in the Shrine Room; please note that the Shrine Room has video screens and monitors only (see Venue seating maps). A limited number of Sangha seats will be available in the main teaching hall and they will be allocated to senior Sangha.
Please bring your current photo ID with you to the event and check in at the Sangha registration desk. If you have any questions, please call 1300 484 262, or email sangha-reg@heartsutra2013.org.au. Thank you.

THỦ TỤC GHI DANH DÀNH RIÊNG CHO CHƯ TĂNG NI
Kính xin chư Tôn đức Tăng Ni vui lòng điền đầy đủ chi tiết vào mẫu ghi danh (phía dưới) và gửi lại cho ban tổ chức. Vì số chỗ có giới hạn, xin chư Tôn đức ghi danh càng sớm càng tốt. Hạn chót ghi danh là ngày 30/4/2013 hoặc sớm hơn khi số lượng giới hạn đã đủ.
Phần lớn chư Tăng Ni sẽ ngồi ở Chánh điện; theo dõi buổi thuyết pháp qua các màn ảnh truyền hình (xin xem bản đồ chỗ ngồi). Chỉ có một số chỗ giới hạn trong Hội trường nơi Đức Đạt Lai Lạt Ma hiện diện, đặc biệt cho chư Tôn đức Tăng Ni hàng giáo phẩm cao tuổi hạ.
Trong ngày thuyết pháp, khi đến xin vui lòng đem theo giấy chứng minh (có hình) để làm thủ tục tại bàn tiếp tân dành riêng cho chư Tăng Ni.
